Turning a personal signature into a luxury mark.
The Brief
LVS Jeweller creates bespoke, handcrafted pieces for clients across music, entertainment and contemporary culture.
The identity needed to capture the individuality behind the work while remaining understated enough to let the jewellery (and the craftsmanship behind it) take centre stage.
HAND CRAFTED BY LVS JEWELLER.
It started with a signature.
Before there was a formal identity, there was already a signature. The founder regularly wrote “LVS” in his own graffiti-inspired hand, a personal gesture that felt as individual as the jewellery he created.
Rather than replacing that character, the opportunity was to refine it into something the brand could own.
One sketch was enough.

The first sketch captured what the identity needed: movement, individuality and the feeling of a maker's mark.
Rather than exploring for the sake of exploration, the process became one of refinement, preserving the character of the original gesture while developing something capable of representing a luxury jewellery brand.
A handcrafted identity for a handcrafted brand.

The jewellery stays centre stage.
The social identity followed the same principle of restraint. Rather than competing with the work, the LVS mark, concise typography and editorial-style credits were used to frame each piece and create consistency across the feed.
The result was a system that felt recognisably LVS while allowing the craftsmanship to remain the hero.
Made for Culture.
Reflection
LVS was a reminder that identity design doesn't always begin with reinvention. Sometimes the strongest idea already exists within the brand; it simply needs to be recognised, refined and given the space to become something ownable.
By developing the founder's handwritten signature into a considered identity and pairing it with a restrained social system, LVS gained a consistent visual presence without taking attention away from what matters most: the craftsmanship itself.
